Registration for 2011-2012

Ladies,

We start our new MOPS year in just 8 weeks! That means if you wish to
return to MOPS @ Crossroads and you haven't registered yet, we need
you to do that SOON in order to ensure childcare space!

Please Read this Post Fully!

IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER:

Register before August 1st if at all possible. Why? From now until
August 1st, fees for the full year will be $75. After that, fees for
the new MOPS year will be $85.

What do we need? A completed registration form and at least a deposit of
$25. (with the rest due by the October meeting). This will ensure
you a spot in MOPS, your child in MOPPETS, and register for the new
year with MOPS International. With your MOPS Intl membership, you
will receive Momsense Magazine, a MOPS reusable shopping bag, and
other MOPS goodies! The remaining portion of the fees go to help
cover MOPS @ Crossroads expenses: childcare costs, crafts, playdates,
moms night out, meeting supplies, moppets supplies, etc. Please make
checks payable to Crossroads Community Church.

If you have kids you'll need to put in MOPPETS for childcare, please
download the MOPPETS form (one per child) from this link:



IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED:

We didn't pass out MOPPETS forms at the May meeting when we did
preregistration, so we really need you to download the MOPPETS form
(one per child).
